Refund policy
I gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations under the following conditions:
- Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
- Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery
- Request a cancellation within: 2 days of purchase

Exclusions
The following items can't be returned or exchanged. Unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

Returns and Exchange Details
Returns or changes of size are accepted within 14 days of the order's arrival. This applies to all items except sale items and custom orders*. You must contact the seller within 14 days of the order's arrival, and then you have an additional 40 days to have it delivered to the seller.
In the case of a return or change of size, the shipping cost is paid by the buyer.
If the item purchased is a gift and you would like the return time to be extended, please send a message with the order.
Refunds are issued after the items have arrived back in unworn condition with hangtags still attached. The item must be delivered back to the seller within 40 days of contact.
Make sure there is a tracking number available for the shipment. If an item is lost in the mail during a return, no refund can be given.
The shipping cost is non-refundable; only the order amount is refunded when an item is returned.
*1. Sale items can only be exchanged for a different size, unless the item purchased is the last one available. No returns/refunds are accepted. *2. Returns of custom orders are only accepted if there's something wrong with the product — returns can only be made based on the Consumer Purchases Act.
Important:
Before returning an item, the seller must be contacted. If the seller is not contacted before a return, or if the item is returned in used condition, the package will be sent back to the buyer, and no refund will be given.
If an item is faulty or damaged in the shipping process, the seller will pay for the return and shipping of a new item to the buyer. Photo proof must be provided to show the nature of the fault/damage. Damages caused by the buyer do not qualify.
