I gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations
Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery
Request a cancellation within: 2 days of purchase
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
- Items on sale
Returns and exchange details
Returns/change of size are accepted within 14 days of the orders arrival. Applies to all items except sale items and custom orders*.
You must contact the seller within 14 days of the order's arrival and then you have additional 40 days to have it delivered to the seller.
In case of return or change of size: the shipping cost is paid by the buyer.
If the item purchased is a gift and you would like the return time to be longer, please send a message with the order.
Refunds are being made after the items have arrived back in unworn condition with hangtags still attached. The item must be delivered back to the seller within 40 days of contact.
Make sure there is a tracking number available for the shipment. If an item is lost in the mail during a return, no refund can be given.
The shipping cost is non-refundable, only the order amount is being paid back when an item is returned.
*1 Sale items can only be exchanged for a different size, if not the item purchased is the last item available. No returns/refunds accepted.
*2 Returns of custom orders are only accepted if there's something wrong with the product = Returns can only be made based on the Consumer Purchases Act.
Before returning an item the seller must be contacted.
-If the seller is not contacted before a return or if the item is returned in used condition, the packaged will be sent back to the buyer and no refund will be given.
If an item is faulty or damaged in the shipping process the seller will pay for return and shipping of a new item to the buyer. Photo proof must be provided to show in what way the item is faulty/damaged. Damages caused by the buyer does not apply.
